Russian Media is reporting more innocent civilian deaths as Ukrainian forces fire on areas of Donetsk.

In the Voroshilovsky district of Donetsk, two people were killed at a bus stop after the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired shells from the 55th M777 howitzer situated in Kurakhovo, according to The head of the republic, Denis Pushilin

“This is another targeted shelling of civilians,” Pushilin added, noting that there were no military facilities near the bus stop.

It is reported that the victims of the attack were the driver of a shuttle bus and a lady returning to work. This number is likely to rise due to several people being critically injured.

Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the DPR and the emergency service are working on the scene of the two explosions.

Ukrainian troops regularly shell Donetsk and nearby settlements. They mainly use 155mm NATO calibre artillery. As a result of the attacks, civilians continue to die.

On February 24, Russia launched a special operation to denazify and demilitarize Ukraine. Vladimir Putin called its task “the protection of people who have been subjected to bullying and genocide by the Kyiv regime for eight years.” According to the president, the main goal of the operation is to liberate Donbass and create conditions that guarantee the security of Russia itself.

To date, the Russian army, together with the forces of the DPR and LPR, have completely liberated the Luhansk People’s Republic and a significant part of Donetsk, including Volnovakha, Mariupol and Svyatogorsk.

At the same time, Western Media refuses to report on the killing of civilians in the Donbass, instead, they lap up every word from the Ukrainian Dictator Zelensky.
